Project Oversight & Leadership
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of industrial civil, structural, and M&E projects from start to finish.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise all phases of execution, including procurement, contract negotiations, construction, and quality management.
- Proactively manage project risks, implementing contingency plans to minimize potential setbacks.
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards at every stage.
- Conduct regular progress evaluations and report key updates to senior leadership.
Client Relations & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout the project.
- Set and manage client expectations, swiftly addressing any concerns or changes.
- Present detailed project updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key collaborators to ensure long-term engagement.
Financial Stewardship
- Monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Prepare and deliver financial performance reports to management.
Quality Management & Compliance
- Establish and enforce a rigorous QA/QC framework for all projects.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to proactively address quality issues.
- Maintain full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Business Growth & Development
- Identify and evaluate new project opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Collaborate on proposal submissions and deliver persuasive client presentations.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the organization’s presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 20 years of senior leadership experience in civil and building construction.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale civil, structural, and M&E projects to successful completion.
- Deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies (e.g., PMP certification preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction estimating software.
- Prior experience in industrial projects, particularly with contractors, is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the design and construction of data centers is highly desirable.
